Refund Policy

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of an eligible subscription purchase, renewal, or one-time top-up. Refunds are processed by Stripe and returned to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@miosa.ai with your account email and a description of the purchase you would like refunded. We will process eligible refund requests within 5 business days.

Subscriptions

If you request a refund for a subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, we will issue a full refund for that billing period.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan and included monthly usage budget until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible. You may still cancel, and your plan will remain active through the end of the paid period.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Top-Up Balance

One-time top-up purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the balance has not been consumed by metered usage.

  • If some top-up balance has been used, we may refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
  • Top-up balance does not expire while your account remains in good standing.

How Metered Billing Works

MIOSA bills usage in USD. Your monthly subscription includes a dollar usage budget, and billable activity reduces that budget as it is incurred.

  • Compute is metered per second based on vCPU, memory, and storage.
  • AI inference is metered by token usage based on model tier.
  • Storage is metered by active or retained capacity.

Monthly included usage resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. One-time top-up balance stacks on top of the plan budget.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us at hello@miosa.ai. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors promptly, regardless of the 14-day refund window.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of MIOSA after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
