Tasks, artifacts and history
Inside Optimal, the sidebar switches to Optimal’s own pages. Each page shows the current workspace.

Tasks
Tasks lists what Optimal took on, grouped by the chat it came from. The page refreshes while something is still running. A running group of tasks can be cancelled from here.
When there are none yet, the page reads “No durable tasks yet”. Ask Optimal to investigate, plan, or operate something and its task appears.
Investigations and Artifacts
Both pages have a search box and a status filter.
- Review investigation opens an investigation and the evidence behind it.
- Open artifact opens something Optimal produced, such as a report or a file.
When a list is empty, Start in Optimal opens a new chat.
History
History lists every chat in the workspace. Search by title, open a chat to pick it up again, or use Load older chats to go further back. Each row has a menu to rename or delete the chat, and Copy chat ID.
Below the chats, Workspace events lists what Optimal did in the workspace.

Memories are yours: only you see them, and only in this workspace. Turn Remember across chats off to stop Optimal keeping new ones.
Chats older than the Keep chats for setting can no longer be resumed.
